If a former student from an online program desires to resume studies following a withdrawal period of up to eight consecutive terms after the completion of the last course, he or she should contact the Online Learning Team by emailing email@example.com. The student's academic standings will be assessed alongside faculty and student interaction by the Student Success team. The student will be notified if he or she is approved for reinstatement by email.
If a former student from an online program desires to resume studies following a withdrawal period of nine or more consecutive terms, he or she must apply for readmission. All parts of the admissions application will be required to be submitted again, with the exception of the application fee and official transcripts. The student will be notified if he or she is approved for readmission by email.
If a residential student desires to begin studies in an online program, he or she must submit a new online application for admission.
Students are not guaranteed reinstatement to the program. Approval for reinstatement or readmission is at the discretion of the Seminary. A readmitted or reinstated student will be subject to all program requirements, as well as all financial and academic policies current at the time of return.
