If you are interested in transferring credits from CCEF or another institution into your online degree program, please follow the steps in order below.
Please note that credits from other institutions may not be approved for transfer in. When evaluating requests, courses are approved when a similar equivalency in course workload and theological perspective are satisfied. We recognize the time and work you completed for these previous credits and will consider your request carefully.
Step 1: Review our Transfer Credit Policy, including the CCEF transfer credit policy for all courses being transferred from the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation
Step 2: Request an official copy of your transcript to be sent to Westminster Online Learning. Transcripts may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or sent by mail to:

Step 3: Complete and submit the Transfer Credit Request Form.
Step 4: At the end of the next academic term, your request will be reviewed by our Dean of Online Learning and our faculty coordinator. We will reach out to you once your request has been reviewed.
Step 5: Submit any information or payment requested from the Online Learning Team upon approval if granted.
