2. Articles written just for you on our FAQs
Based on questions we have received from you, we created our FAQs where we answer your questions! This is a quickly growing collection of great information, articles, and tutorials for all things related to our online programs! You can use the search bar or browse articles by section. You can access the FAQs at online.wts.edu/faqs.
Another resource you can find on the FAQs is an online version of our academic catalog. You can browse policies and information about programs online.
3. General help from our direct support line
If you can't find a solution for your question in steps 1 or 2, or you just want to get connected with us, you can always contact our team directly for support! We will get your request to the right person and get back to you as soon as we're able. We're in Monday through Friday and responses are usually never longer than 24 hours. Just email us from any device at firstname.lastname@example.org with your question!
