Part of making the Westminster online student experience as personal as possible includes being able to see you! That's why we're asking you to upload a picture of yourself across all of your student platforms. Here's what to do:
- Get a recent photo of just yourself, from the shoulders up. If you don't have one, a new selfie will work just fine!
- Save the photo to a folder on your computer and name it something recognizable like "New student photo."
- Add to your student email account, Populi, Facebook, and Canvas. Need help? Details below.
Where do I upload my photos?
Log into your student email account at gmail.com. Next, click the circle with your initials in the top right corner of your screen and then click the larger circle in the pop-up window that says "Change."
On your "My Profile" tab in Populi, Click the Populi icon on the upper left side of your screen. In the pop-up window that appears, click the grey box and select your student photo.
On your Workplace profile, hover your mouse over the box on the left side of the page and you will see the text "Update Profile Picture." Click "Update Profile Picture."
In Canvas, go to "Account" > "Settings" and click on your profile picture. Click "choose a picture" to pull up your options.
